My name is Om Patel, and I was born in Queens, New York! I intend on concentrating in public health. Ultimately, I want to become an orthopedic surgeon because I find the musculoskeletal system and its functions very fascinating. Through concentrating in public health, I look forward to understanding how policies and laws shape health equity. I’m excited to be a part of PSP because it will allow me to meet amazing people and is a great opportunity for me to get involved in orthopedic research. I love playing basketball and pickleball with friends, watching movies, and exploring new cities!
