Hi! My name is Simona Nayberg, and I was born and raised in San Francisco, California. I’m thinking of concentrating in economics, but I’m also interested in mathematics and psychology. My hobbies include playing and teaching chess. I’ve been playing in chess tournaments from a young age, so I’m looking forward to joining Brown’s Chess Club and representing Brown at intercollegiate chess tournaments. I’m excited to meet new people through the Presidential Scholars Program and make lasting connections at Brown.
