Tyce Mitchell
Biography
Fun Fact: My current favorite book is The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas
Hello! My name is Tyce Mitchell, and I am from Houston, Texas. I am planning on concentrating in Psychology, and eventually pursuing a career in Law. I believe that there is corruption in the world, and I hold that direct legal action is the best way to address it. I love listening to music, reading, and working out. I’m excited to join PSP for the research opportunities!!
Research
I have worked along side Professor Nicole Gonzalez Van Cleve with the Mass Incarceration Lab and Over-criminalization projects to help share the stories of those incarcerated. This work has allowed me to interpret metadata, write academically, but above all listen and learn to those who’s experiences and narratives are far to often overlooked.
